Have a new Provider joining your practice? Download and complete the new provider form and submit to amssupport@nextgen.com.

  • Once submitted, our team will review your existing licensing and if a new license must be purchased, your account executive will contact you to provide a quote.
    • Please note that provider licensing may take up to 2 weeks once all necessary paperwork has been submitted. 
  • If your new Provider needs end-user application training, please indicate so when completing the new provider form.
    • Please note that end-user training may be billable, and your Account Executive will provide you a quote if necessary. 

  • NextGen offers both on-demand pre-recorded trainings, as well as instructor-led specialty and role-based training (may be billable). 

  • To get started, you can review our training offerings through our Course Catalog

  • For instructor-led training, please download and complete the Training Request Form. Submit the completed form to your Account Executive and they will provide you a quote, if applicable.
